This was an incredible three days filled with meaningful experiences. We had the opportunity to listen to and understand the diverse challenges and experiences that each of us faces daily. As teachers, it is crucial that we pay close attention to our own bodies and well-being, recognizing the importance of self-care and maintaining our health in order to be the best educators we can be.
